We’ve always believed that a proper bike fit needs to be precise — and for years, we avoided offering virtual fits because the tools just weren’t good enough. We weren’t going to compromise.
That’s now changed.
With the latest 3D video analysis software, improved measurement accuracy, and our custom fit tools, we can now deliver the same expert-level fit you’d get in person — 100% remotely.

Get started with your fit by selecting the fit you want, at the bottom of this page and follow the step by step process.
We’ve created detailed tutorials to guide you through each part — from setting up your bike to capturing the right videos and measuring your current setup.
- Step 2: Record your riding position
Use your phone to record short clips from the side and front while riding. We’ll show you exactly how to position the camera to capture what we need.
- Step 3: Submit Your Videos
Simply upload your videos using our simple upload system. (not working, no problem, you can also send us your videos by email, whatsapp, G drive or dropbox. We review your footage using advanced 3D motion capture analysis and biomechanical tools. We assess your riding position, posture, joint angles, pedal stroke and more — exactly as we would in-studio.
- Step 4: Get Your Custom Fit Report
you’ll receive a detailed report outlining any necessary adjustments – saddle position, cleat placement, bar tweaks, and posture changes – tailored to your goals, discipline, and body type. If you are comfortable on the tools or wish to take to a bike shop, not to worry we will provide full adjustments instructions and detailed links to any parts you may need.
- Step 5: Post-Fit Re-assessment & Follow-Up
Once you’ve made your changes, you’ll have the option to upload your updated riding videos and have them re-assessed — to make sure you’re 100% dialed in. We also send you a post fit measurements form + instructions on how to record your bike set up numbers.
Plus, every Virtual Fit includes a free follow-up consultation within 2 months, so you can check in, ask questions, and fine-tune your setup as your body adapts or goals evolve.
