1. Service Attendance
Auckland Bike Fit will take all reasonable steps to attend your booked service at the agreed location and within the standard operating hours listed on this website.
2. Payment
Payment for your selected service is due immediately after the initial appointment unless another time has been agreed in advance.
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.
3. Fit Guarantee and Follow Up Appointments
All fit work completed during your appointment is guaranteed for 60 days, excluding normal wear and tear.
Within this 60-day period:

Any fit changes or corrections relating to the original service are free of charge.

A free follow up fit is offered to all Bike Fit customers within this timeframe.
After 60 days:

Additional work is charged at $90 per hour.
4. Fit Data Storage and Completion Timeframe
Our system stores your fit data for 6 months.
All follow up appointments and final adjustments must be completed within this 6-month period so final bike measurements can be taken and your full fit report can be produced.
If more than 6 months have passed, a new bike fit session will be required because body position, equipment, and fit metrics may have changed.
5. Liability
Auckland Bike Fit cannot be held responsible for any loss, costs, injury, or death resulting from upgrades, adjustments, or repairs completed during the fit and agreed to by the customer.
6. Additional Parts
If extra parts are required to complete your fit, they may need to be ordered.
This may require a second appointment, and a call-out/labour charge may apply. An estimate can be provided on request.
All parts and accessories are subject to availability. Parts sourced from overseas may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. You will be notified by SMS or email when your parts are ready for collection or delivery.
7. Booking Conditions
A booking does not guarantee that the service will occur at the exact time if unforeseen issues arise. In these rare cases, Auckland Bike Fit will rebook your session at a time convenient to you.
Auckland Bike Fit may amend services or terms when required. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand the latest terms.
8. Service Termination and Refunds
Both the client and Auckland Bike Fit may terminate a service agreement at any time.
If a service is already underway, no refund will be provided for work completed.
Payments made for unused services will be refunded.
If parts such as stems or handlebars are required to complete your fit, you must either agree for us to order them or supply them yourself.
If you choose not to purchase the recommended parts and we cannot complete the fit:

You receive a free follow up fit within 2 months once the parts are available.
9. Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be modified to keep the schedule on time. The full service fee still applies.
If you arrive too late for the service to be completed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
10. If You’re Unwell
If you wake up unwell, especially with cold or flu symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an alternative.
11. Booking Adjustments
If you’ve booked multiple services but no longer need them all, you can adjust your booking with 24 hours notice.
With less than 24 hours notice, the full original service fee applies.
12. If We Are Running Late
If we are running more than 15 minutes behind schedule, we will contact you so you are not kept waiting.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Unused balances cannot be refunded or extended.

Vouchers can be redeemed for any Bike Fit service.

Not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost after expiry.

If your purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card.

Auckland Bike Fit may cancel a voucher if necessary, replacing it unless fraud is suspected.

Terms may be varied at any time.
Online Orders & Returns
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days. Please include the returns form and original invoice.
Confirmation
You will be contacted when your return has been processed. We recommend using tracked post.
Faulty Items
Faulty items may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Postage Costs
Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Shipping fees for exchanged items are waived.
Refund Timeframes
Refunds take 5–10 days to appear back on your card or account.
