At Auckland Bike fit we have spent over 2 years developing our own innovative cycling saddle fit system, called My Saddle Fit, it has been designed to help you find the perfect saddle for your cycling needs. Our system considers all the personal factors and uses precise measurement of your physical characteristics to identify the ideal saddle for you.
The process starts with a comprehensive measurement procedure that takes into account all relevant factors. Our expert team will measure your ischial distance using a custom made pressure pad equipped with 256 pressure sensors. This technology ensures accurate measurement and helps us to select the perfect saddle for you.
We also use own custom-designed saddle database to help identify the right saddle for you. This database includes more than 850 saddles from all your favorite brands, and we continuously update it to ensure that it includes the latest products on the market. By using this database, we can select the best saddle options that match your specific needs.
After we’ve completed the measurement process and identified the right saddle for you, you will receive a PDF report that includes all the relevant information.
During the measurement process, we also take body measurements to ensure that we have a comprehensive understanding of your physical characteristics. We use a W3S sensor equipped with an accelerometer and gyroscope to evaluate angles and accurately measure your pelvic rotation. This technology helps us to identify any issues that could affect your comfort and performance while cycling.
