Craig Baldwin is the founder and lead fitter at Auckland Bike Fit and Brisbane Bike Fit, bringing over 20+ years of elite experience in bike fitting, cycling biomechanics, rider comfort, and performance optimisation. As a leading expert in the region, Craig has worked with cyclists across every discipline – road, gravel, MTB, triathlon, e-bike, and long-distance touring – and has become known for delivering world-class results that are grounded in precision and data. What sets Craig apart is his commitment to data-driven fitting. Every decision made during a session is backed by measurable insights using high-end 3D motion capture technology, pressure analysis, and biomechanical screening. Craig is a pioneer in 3D fitting across Australasia – having adopted and refined this technology early on to offer unparalleled precision in saddle setup, cleat alignment, and full-body positioning. This cutting-edge approach removes the guesswork and ensures every adjustment is made with purpose.
